I'd submitted a ticket to the CM support page but I don't know if/when I'll hear back on that. We were trying to change ownership of our church metrics organization. My boss is transitioning to a new role, so he made me "admin" and then deleted his account. Turns out, that doesn't default my account to "owner". How do I go about making my account the owner account for our organization's page?
Hi Austin! Go to Admin->Organization. On the Owner section there should be a dropdown list that you can select from (look for the down arrow). You will only see admins in that list. If you don't see that, let me know and I can change it for you. - David
For some reason I didn't see this reply! I don't have that option on my Admin>Org page.
It just has spots for Org Name, address, phone, currency, and whether to contribute data.
