Logging In/Sign Up
To Login, click the login button in the top right hand corner. You will use your Open Network Account information to login. If you do not have an Open Network Account, you will be prompted to create one.
To create a new topic, click the "+ New Topic" icon located at the top up the category and topic pages. When creating a new topic, be sure to check if there are any related topics. Also, be sure to select the most appropriate category. You can view the "Abouts" in each category to determine the best place to post.
To reply to a post, you can click the "Reply" button located in each topic. To see the Community Guidelines click here.
Liking the content you enjoy the most is a great way to engage with the community as well as make sure that the best content is being seen. When you like others post, it becomes more popular and more people are able to see it.
If there is a topic you find particularly interesting and want to save it, you can bookmark it. After bookmarking, you can later go into your profile settings and review the things you previously bookmarked.
If you believe there is a potentially harmful post, you can flag it. Our team will be notified and we will take the appropriate steps to address the issue.
There are various degrees in which you can be notified about posts in a topic. These can be selected just under the main post. The notification levels are listed below.
If you would like to direct message someone, you can click on their profile and then select the "Message" button. They will be notified directly and their response will be received in your inbox. Your inbox can be seen in your profile under the "Mail" icon.
Badges can be earned by being engaged with the community. As you earn badges, you will be notified in your profile. You can see all badges you have earned under your profile settings as well.
When someone @mentions you or replys to a post you made, you will be notified via email as well as in your profile. It will be indicated by a numerical value over your profile image.
