I lead/coordinate youth at a small rural church. We have grown slowly over the last few years to the point where we went from 2 or 3 kids in Sunday School to having enough kids that we actually have had to separate age groups.
The issue is a good week is 4 kids in the "Upper Room" which is our grade 6-12 group, most weeks its 1 or 2. This makes planning curriculum and youth group very hard and feel wasteful, even though I know its not.
Any suggestions for how to handle extremely small class/group sizes?
