I have moderators asking if the I or the O is the ON or the OFF setting.
This is applied in the "Available for Live Prayer" or "Available for Live Help" sections, as well as the "Automatic Slide Push" settings.
The answer (best I can tell) is that "I" is ON as it represents a closed circuit, a binary 1, or it stands for "Initialized"... and the "O" is OFF as it represents an open circuit, a binary 0, or it stands for "Off".
Visually let's look at how you have them represented in colors though:
On the old moderator bar: "I" is grey and "O" is red
On the new moderator area: "I" is orange and "O" is grey
Note the confusion...
This could easily be resolved by making the more universal colors be for all areas:
The background for "O" should always be red for Off/Stop/No.
The background for "I" should always be green for On/Go/Yes.
That simple tweak would seem to easily alleviate this confusion. Please consider making it so and standardizing between the old and new moderator areas as well. Thanks!
