Is there any reason why you wouldn't create an option to make date-specific events? We discovered, quite painfully, that this would be a very helpful solution! What we learned is that all services before first Saturday service in the entire account should be entered as "After" during set up, and all services on or after first Saturday service in the entire account should be entered as "Before" during set up. We did not do this because it is quite counter-intuitive. So, with 40 services across multiple campuses and accounts for Christmas, the event dates did not default to the correct date. We learned by going through this process and the clean up aftermath, but think date specificity would limit a multitude of mistakes.
