Good morning --
Today is the first day we are live on ChOP for our streaming services and have seen a rash of issues with both Android and iOS. Many android users are reporting being able to view the video, but no sound. Some iOS users are also reporting that the page is crashing and auto-reloading for them.
My hunch is that both of these issues have to do with out of date mobile OS versions, but I need to be sure before I can take that conclusion back to my managers. Can anyone confirm if they have seen similar issues and/or confirm what the oldest versions of mobile platforms that ChOP supports?
