Hello. I'm having trouble with some buried categories in our data...I think. We used to track adult and kid attendance in 2 categories with 3 campuses (including online, which was tracked in adult attendance). When parent categories were introduced, I split out the online attendance into it's own category and had adults and kids attendance rolled under a Total parent category. I exported our data, changed the category names, and imported the data to change our past data.
I believe that I've created some duplication with our old categories in some ways. I can't find a way to see if the old categories are still being tracked, but our data for services like Christmas Eve/Easter have been duplicated, and when I go to re-enter data for those services, everything seems correct. But if I run a report for these services, I get numbers much higher than they should be.
Edit: It seems like my problem is only with event services that I mentioned above. Past Sunday data from 2 years ago comes out correctly in reports. I'm clearly confused about what I've done
