@Becky_Lang It is so encouraging to hear what you are doing, and it sounds like you are on a good trajectory!
A couple of things I would recommend you are already working towards, such as implementing Community Leaders who you can empower to lead categories of your LifeGroups. One way to do this could be observing who among your current group leaders are really excelling in their area, such as helping launch new groups, giving advice to other group leaders etc. These are your natural born Community Leaders.
As for measuring the health of church engagement in small groups related to church size, you are in a very healthy spot in talks of percentage of your entire church attendance. Take the number of LifeGroup attendance divided by the number of church attendance and multiply by 100%. You are seeing around 35.8% of your attendees engaged in LifeGroups!
Personally we track all of our group attendance through PlanningCenter Groups.
It is a paid app, but well worth it. You may find some other ways to track from some of the other Groups Pastors/Leaders here on Open Community!
I'm praying blessings and continued growth in your LifeGroups ministry, your church, your leadership, and your family! Keep fighting the Good Fight!
