Hey Andre, great questions! Sounds like you've got some exciting things in the works, and we're always happy to share ideas!
As for launching internationally, we haven't actually launched any additional online campuses in other countries—all of our volunteers serve with our online ministry, Life.Church Online. What you read about in the blog post was us launching additional Church Online services using a team comprised of volunteers who all live overseas. (We currently host 78 online services each week at live.life.church, and each of them is led by a team of volunteers.) Same thing for LifeGroups—they're still with our Church Online ministry, but they're often led by volunteers outside our physical campus locations.
What we've found is key in both of these scenarios is identifying people with strong leadership potential and vision for reaching their countries. The services and LifeGroups we've successfully launched have always been a product of a strong leader in place. So, that's something we're constantly looking for: who has a passion to reach their country (and the rest of the world) and has the leadership drive to really make it happen? Once we identify those people from within our community, we resource them with training and mentoring to help support them and their groups however can. If you'd like more info on LifeGroup leader training in particular, feel free to reach out to our Church Online LifeGroups Pastor, Steven Roberts, at email@example.com.
As for training for the volunteers who host our online services, we house it all on a site called the Host Team Hub, which was designed to be a one-stop-shop for volunteers to find training, resources, personal development tools, and contact info for our team. Feel free to explore around here and take anything that will be helpful to you: http://go2.lc/hub
If there's anything else we can help with, please let us know. Thanks, and Merry Christmas!
