What the Church Should Learn from Google

Most of us would say Google is pretty big. Eighteen years after it launched its search engine, it is one of the top 10 most well-known brands in the world. But despite how big it’s become, Google’s leaders continue to think bigger. Instead of looking back at what they’ve accomplished, they look outward and to the future.

As churches, it’s really easy to look at what God’s done–our history, heritage, or recent success–and become more focused on that instead of the big opportunities for what could be.

What we've learned:

When you start limiting yourself, it comes from a place of doubt. Don’t limit your ministry—it’s the same as doubting God’s provision. Instead, cast a big vision. You might be surprised at how much God has planned for your ministry when you take risks.
