In 2016, we rolled out an extensive brand update. For us, keeping everyone on the same page during our brand update was really important. We had a few meetings but the thing that helped the most was creating a solid, clear brand book that outlined every use-case for the brand. When you're dealing with a project that has a lot of moving pieces, organization and communication are key to keeping everyone working together smoothly.
