Using YouVersion Events to Increase Bible Engagement

Here at Life.Church, we love the YouVersion Bible App. With more than 215,000,000 installations on phones and tablets all over the world, the Bible App is helping people everywhere engage with God's word. With YouVersion's mission to increase Bible engagement and Open's heart to serve pastors and church leaders, partnering with them was easy. We wanted to create a tool that would help churches, too, so the team at YouVersion built Events.

Events allows a church to create a unique experience for their attenders right inside the Bible App, complete with their own sermon notes, announcements, links, and more.

What we've learned:

Our job as pastors and church leaders is to shepherd people toward God. And with modern technology vying for the attention and time of people all over the world, it can be tricky. By leveraging technology in new ways, we're better equipped to keep people connected to God in a constantly-changing world.
